As the developer of HiRAD_app (hereinafter collectively referred to as 'Software'), Hangzhou Hikvision Technology Co., Ltd. ('HIKVISION') attaches great importance to information security and privacy protection. To protect your rights, this Personal Information Protection Policy will explain what information will be collected and processed when using the Software.

HIKVISION will not collect or process your information during your use of the Software except:

i) When you contact our customer service or use customer support tools, we may collect your information (including personal information) such as name, email, IP address, or log files to provide support. The customer support tools have corresponding statements regarding the use of personal information, or our customer service team will inform you in advance;

ii) When you activate, update, or deactivate a license key purchased from HIKVISION or an authorized distributor through the Software, we may collect computer information (e.g., unique ID) to verify your license.

To ensure the Software's functionality, certain device permissions are required. We will explain the purpose of these permissions during use. HIKVISION will not collect any information through these permissions. You can manage authorization by enabling/disabling permissions at any time.

Required permissions and purposes:

Geolocation permission (Android): Used to retrieve Bluetooth device lists
Bluetooth Permission (Android, iOS): Required for searching, pairing, connecting to devices, sending Bluetooth commands, and receiving device status
File Access Permission (Android, iOS): Required for selecting local .bin firmware files to upgrade devices via Bluetooth
